  • David Metter is a successful business leader with over 30 years of experience in automotive retail and tech. His leadership in companies like HookLogic, Autobase, and Impel is part of his story. Over the past five years, David has played a part in several auto tech acquisitions. He currently serves as a Board member of TradePending and HopDrive, and he and his wife are invested in several companies inside and outside of the automotive industry.

  • Loni Metter is a strategic and purpose-driven leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering measurable results. She specializes in coaching and mentoring executive women in the automotive industry, helping them strengthen leadership presence, navigate change, and lead with confidence. Known for her expertise in executive coaching, strategic change management, and client engagement, Loni brings vision, heart, and execution to every endeavor—empowering leaders and organizations to thrive.
